Add 2 tbsp Oil in a pan. Add Paneer Cubes and Roste on both side. Keep aside.
Add Chopped Onion, Garlic, Cashew nut and green chilli in same pan. Cover it. Cook until tomatoes are soften. Cool Completely and Blend to smooth paste. keep aside.
Take a pan and add 2 tbsp oil. Now add Bay leaf, Cinnamon and Cardamom. Saute it for 2 minutes. Filter out all Spices from oil (Only flavour required).
Add Cumin seeds in a same oil. Saute it. Add finely Chopped Onion, capsicum and Ginger. Saute it for 2 minutes.
Now add Prepared paste. Mix well. Further add Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder and Turmeric Powder. Saute it for few minutes.
Now add water as required. Add Curd at low flame. Add Salt as per taste. Mix well. Further add mash Kasoori methi.
Add Rosted Paneer Cubes. Mix Genetly. Cook for 2 minutes. Garnish it with Coriander leaves.
Paneer Lahori is ready. It can be served with Tandoori Roti/ Butter naan.
